Application

1. Di-n-butylamine is a kind of organic synthetic raw material. It can be used to synthesize carbofuran in pesticides. It can also be used in dyes, rubber vulcanization accelerator (BZTP), anti-aging Chemicalbook agent (NBC), POP polymerization catalyst, Production of anti-corrosion agents, drugs and oil additives dibutyl dithiocarbamate (molybdenum, lead, antimony, zinc).
2. Used in petroleum additives, rubber accelerators, mineral flotation agents, corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers, pesticides, polymerization inhibitors and dyes, etc.
3. Synthetic intermediates of the acting machine. Used in the production of dyes, rubber vulcanization accelerators, anti-corrosion agents, drugs, and oil additives. The product is toxic, and the oral LD50550mg/kg in mice. Dibutylamine is used to produce dithiocarbamate accelerators. For example, zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate (accelerator BZ) is obtained by replacing the accelerator TP with ZnCI2. The accelerator TP (sodium dibutyl dithiocarbamate) is obtained by the reaction of dibutylamine with carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide. This type of product is a super accelerator. Because the Chemicalbook space is too short during scorching, it is generally used in latex production. The accelerator TP reacts with NiSO4 to obtain the antioxidant NBC. This product protects against heat, ozone and weathering aging in synthetic rubbers such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene and neoprene. Dibutyl dithiocarbamate (molybdenum, lead, antimony), such as dibutyl lead. Used as a petroleum additive, it has the functions of anti-oxidation, anti-wear and anti-extreme pressure. The accelerator TP is oxidized with the oxidant potassium ferricyanide at a temperature lower than 0°C to generate tetrabutylthiuram disulfide. It is also a super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, as well as a vulcanizing agent.

Main Uses:

1. As a chemical synthesis intermediate: used for synthesizing various fine chemicals such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides (such as Budweiser), dyes, plastic stabilizers, etc.

2. Used for manufacturing rubber additives: as a key raw material for producing rubber vulcanization accelerators (such as accelerator BZTP) and anti-aging agents (such as anti-aging agent NBC).

3. Used as a polymerization inhibitor and antioxidant: used as a polymerization inhibitor in the production, refining, and storage processes of monomers such as butadiene; It can also be used as an antioxidant for lubricants, fats, paraffin, etc.

4. As a mineral flotation agent: used in mining as a flotation agent to help separate minerals.

5. Used for manufacturing petroleum additives: used as a lubricating additive for diesel, a corrosion inhibitor, and a component of crude oil demulsifiers.

6. It is used to manufacture polyurethane catalyst: it is used as the raw material of the catalyst for the production of polyurethane foam plastics.

7. Used as an analytical reagent: In the laboratory, the di-n-butylamine titration method is commonly used to determine the content of isocyanate groups (- NCO) in polyurethane materials.

8. Used for manufacturing insecticides and emulsifiers: It is a component of certain insecticides and can also be used as an emulsifier.
