Decyl dimethyl amine (DMA10) CAS No. 1120-24-7
Decyl dimethyl amine (DMA10)
Properties:
Decyl dimethyl amine (DMA10) is the main raw material for the production of cationic quaternary ammonium salt, which can be reacted with benzyl chloride to produce benzyl quaternary ammonium salt 1027.
Decyl dimethyl amine (DMA10) can react with quaternized raw materials such as methyl chloride, dimethyl sulfate, and diethyl sulfate to form cationic quaternary ammonium salt.
Decyl dimethyl amine (DMA10) can also be reacted with sodium chloroacetate to produce amphoteric surfactant betaine.
Decyl dimethyl amine (DMA10) reacts with hydrogen peroxide to produce amine oxide as a foaming agent.
