Application
Product Description
specially formulated for cleaning and degreasing the oven of hotel kitchen and F & B processing industry. It rapidly penetrate and dissolve the stubborn and hard grease stains and carbon stains and also can be used for cold water oven cleaning.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Used to clean the stubborn grease stains, protein and lampblack residues for food, brewery and beverage
processing industry and hotels. It can be used for Smokehouse, deep fryer and cooking container cleaning.
The recommended dosage is 2-5%. Spray the solution onto the cleaned surface, let the solution penerate the
stains for 5mins (depending on the soil of degree) and then use the wet mop to remove the dissolved grease
stains and rinse with water. It gets the best result to heat the cleaned surface to 40-50 Degree.
Spray high-foam and leave the foam on the surface for 5-10 mins.
