Chemical Property/Description:

Pure product is colorless transparent liquid and the industrial one is light yellow transparent liquid. when facing the air the color will turn dark and the speed will even high if under strong sunshine. It is soluble in ethyl, chloroform, benzene and other organic solvent.

DEHA the property of oxygen scavenging and used in water treatment chemical formulation to prevent corrosion. It is used as an auxiliary in photographic industry to prevent discoloration. It is also used as a raw material of silicon sealant and coating materials.

Main Uses:

1. Industrial sector
Polymer inhibitor: In chemical production, it is used to effectively inhibit the self polymerization of olefin monomers, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the production process.
Deoxidizer (antioxidant): As an oxygen scavenger in industrial boiler water treatment, it removes dissolved oxygen to prevent equipment corrosion.
As an antioxidant stabilizer, it is added to rubber, plastics, polymers, and adhesives to delay material aging and extend service life.
Metal surface treatment: used in electroplating and metal processing processes to help remove oxide layers, thereby enhancing the glossiness and corrosion resistance of metal surfaces.
