Use:

Used as raw material for manufacturing polyurethane flexible foam, coatings, rubber and adhesives

Production method

1. Prepared by the reaction of 2,4-diaminotoluene and phosgene. First, dissolve the solid diaminotoluene in chlorinated benzene, and heat it to 70°C with stirring to obtain a diaminotoluene chlorobenzene solution. The recovered phosgenated benzene oxide is put into a low-temperature phosgene pot and a certain amount of liquid light is added. After gasification, add the prepared diaminotoluene solution dropwise while stirring the Chemicalbook, perform phosgenation at 40°C, and then put the low-temperature phosgenation material into a high-temperature pot for high-temperature phosgenation, and ventilate while heating up, for about 4 hours , the reaction is generally carried out at 120~125℃; after the reaction is completed, it is obtained by purging with nitrogen, distilling, and rectifying.
