    Product characteristics

    This product is resistant to high temperature 100-800℃, corrosion resistance, salt water resistance, no aging, no powder, anti-static, non-toxic and tasteless, non-flammable and non-explosive, safe and environmental protection, easy to transport.

    Product use

    Heat pipes, boilers, bacon, pressure vessels, automobile mufflers, engine housings and other high-temperature metal internal and external surface anti-rust treatment or decoration. 

    Performance index

    Table in 10-20 minutes or so (25℃ at room temperature); Single-component theoretical coverage 6-8m2/kg, (dry film thickness 25ρm/ times), it is recommended to brush twice: two-component theoretical coverage rate of 3-5m2/kg(thousand film thickness 50ρm/ time), it is recommended to paint once.

    Main characteristics

    1. Can withstand high temperature 800-1200℃.

    Construction method

    Before brushing, the steel surface dirt and other attachments must be thoroughly removed, and sandblasting or shot blasting must be carried out to achieve the national standard GB8923-88 Sa3 rust removal grade. The single component can be diluted with 5-10% tap water before brushing, the two components are stirred evenly in the ratio of high temperature resin and high temperature anticorrosive pigment 1:1, the blended paint is used up within 3-4 hours, and it is best to use a filter of about 100 mesh after adjustment, spray or brush. After brushing, baking at about 200℃ can improve the high temperature resistance of the paint. (If the paint film is thicker, it can be painted 2-3 times to make the film reach the expected thickness.) 

    Construction description

    1. Matrix treatment

    Before painting, the oil, residual rust and oxide on the surface of the substrate should be removed. The sandblasting reaches Sa2.5 level, and the roughness is controlled in the range of 25-40um.

    2. Painting

    The coating can be applied by brush, roll and spray.

    The diameter of the spray gun is 1.8mm-2.0mm.

    The temperature of the substrate to be coated should be above 5℃.

    After the first coating surface dries, the second coating is carried out.

    Packaging and storage

    Conventional packaging, bulk supply negotiation packaging. This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place above 5℃.

    validity

    Valid for 12 months from the date of packaging. The products can still be used after they pass the inspection

    Storage and transportation

    1. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse with a storage temperature above 5 ° C and below 35 ° C to prevent direct exposure to water and sunlight, isolate the fire source, and stay away from the heat source.

    2. If the product meets the storage conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production, and the storage period can be tested beyond the storage period. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.

    3. During the transportation process, the product should be prevented from cold, rain and sunlight exposure, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the transportation department.

    Surface treatment

    1. The surface must be clean and dry, and the surface treatment of the substrate must meet the requirements.

    2. The tools used in the construction must be dry and clean. 

    3. it is forbidden to contact with acid and alkali during the process of paint preparation and coating.

    4. the painting interval must be strictly controlled, when the temperature is 25'C, the painting interval shall not be less than 12 hours.

    5. Can not paint thick, a film can not exceed 40μm or will bubble.

    6. Construction and drying and curing during the relative humidity is not greater than 75%, the temperature can not be less than 0 ℃ , otherwise the film can not be completely cured influence.

    When painted directly on the surface of Yu material, the substrate should be polished, requiring clean, dry, no rust, no oil stains, etc. When painted on the bottom surface, the primer surface is required to be clean, dry and free of dirt.Remove the oil, dust and other dirt from the front paint mirror, and no acid or water condensation on the paint film.

    For the topcoat that has been cured for a long time, the paint film must be polished with sandpaper before the subsequent topcoat can be applied.

    The lacquer film must be dry.

    Temperature of the substrate The temperature of the substrate should be 3'C above the dew point.

    Features of High Temperature Paint

    1.Alkyd resin coatings can be safely used in the temperature range of 60-121°C.

    2.Most thermoplastic resins, such as acrylic, styrene, chlorinated rubber and other chlorinated olefin resins, have relatively low heat resistance. Their actual use temperature is up to 80°C, and the coating will soften when the temperature is higher than 40°C. Organic resins such as epoxy and phenolic resins have higher heat resistance. Epoxy systems can withstand temperatures up to 60-149°C. If thermally cured or baked, phenolic epoxy resins can heat up to 260°C.

    silicone resin

    Silicone resin has excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance and is the most widely used resin for high-temperature paints. The combination of silicone resin and other resins can improve their heat resistance.

    Organic high-temperature resistant coatings can withstand high temperatures of 200-700°C. The coating film has good physical and mechanical properties, water resistance and electrical insulation, low hardness, and poor flame resistance. Inorganic high-temperature resistant coatings can withstand temperatures of 400-1000°C, with good coating hardness and flame resistance. The pigments of coatings applied at high temperatures must have good stability in the expected temperature range. The color of higher temperature coating formulations will be limited due to resin limitations and metallic pigments.
