The paint mist flocculant  is divided into two components: A and B. It is a product composed of polymer materials and various surfactants such as detackifiers. It is mainly used to detackify and condense and float paint mist particles in the circulating water of the spray paint room.
Agent A is weakly alkaline and Agent B is weakly acidic, a milky white liquid. After mixing, the pH value is around 8.0. It has no corrosion to the equipment, is not dangerous for workers to operate, and has no fire hazard.

General addition criteria:
Agent A circulating water inlet, the added amount is 4-5 thousandths of the circulating water volume
Agent B circulating water outlet, the added amount is 4-5 thousandths of the circulating water volume
4. Water quality requirements after paint mist coagulant treatment
1. Appearance: Paint slag condenses and floats, and the water becomes clear
2. Condensation and floating rate: ≥95% – daily test
3. Odor: no odor – one sniff
4. Pool foam height: ≤5cm
5. Perspective: ≥15cm-daily test
6. Stickiness of paint slag: no stickiness when touching paint slag with one hand
7.COD content: ≤100mg/ml
8. Water quality life: ≥6 months: (circulating water conductivity ≥500mm/cm water change)
5. Experimental method for paint mist coagulant sample:
Step 1: Use a mineral water bottle to fill 350-400 ml of water.
Step 2: Add 5 ml of agent A, cover the lid and shake vigorously for a dozen times.
Step 3: Add another 3 ml of paint, cover the lid and shake vigorously for a dozen times.
Step 4: Finally add 5 ml of Agent B, cover the lid and shake vigorously for a few more times until the paint slag is condensed and suspended, then let it sit for 3 minutes.
