LNG

Supply: The total volume of domestic liquefied gas this week is about 530,200 tons, an increase of 20,400 tons or 3.99% from last week, and the average daily volume is about 75,700 tons;

Shipping schedule: The arrival volume of this week’s international shipping schedule is 695,000 tons, which is in line with expectations, mainly in East China;

Inventory: As of July 6, the total amount of liquefied gas port inventory is about 2.607 million tons.

Formaldehyde

As of July 06, the production of formaldehyde was 66,270 tons, 670 tons less than the same period last week, and the chain was -1.00%.

As of July 06, the capacity utilization rate of formaldehyde was 37.23%, which was reduced by 0.23% from the same period last week and -0.61% from the previous month.

EVA

This week, the domestic EVA market began to rise;

EV – The average gross profit this week was 4413 yuan/ton, compared with -123 yuan/ton last week.

This week, China’s EVA industry output of 37,100 tons, the domestic industry capacity utilization rate of 71.56%, +7.53% month-on-month, -9.23% year-on-year;

This week, the resumption of domestic EVA equipment increased, and the capacity utilization rate rebounded.

Acrylic acid

Most of the domestic acrylic acid and ester industry chain products fluctuate in a narrow range;

The theoretical profit of acrylic acid was 246.11 yuan/ton compared with last week; Butyl acrylate theoretical profit from last week -93.9 yuan/ton.

The operating rate of acrylic acid this week is estimated at 48.79%, compared with -1.83% last week; Butyl acrylate operating rate was estimated at 42.71%, compared to -1.55% last week.

Aniline

In this cycle, the average operating rate of aniline equipment in domestic aniline enterprises was 80.73%, up 3.74% from last week.

This cycle of domestic aniline prices continued to decline, as of July 6, East China aniline mainstream negotiations at 9450 yuan/ton acceptance, North China aniline mainstream negotiations at 9450 yuan/ton acceptance.

This week, the average domestic load of aniline was about 80.73%, and the weekly output was about 67,300 tons.

PX

As of July 6, 2023, this week’s domestic PX production was 622,900 tons, with an average weekly operating rate of 74.65%, and individual enterprises reduced the load due to device problems during the week. Since July 1, 1.5 million tons of CNOOC Huizhou Phase II plant has been increased, and the domestic PX production capacity has been 43.73 million tons.

PTA: From the downstream point of view, the PTA started 78.96%, the chemical load of Weilian continued to decrease within the week, the discharge of Taihua restarted, the load of Hainan Yisheng, and the shutdown of Sanfang Lane 1#. Jiatong Energy 2.5 million tons of equipment put into operation, in May 2023, the capacity base of 76.5 million tons.
