After the surface of each base layer is coated with waterproof coating, the particle density increases and the fluidity is lost with the infiltration and evaporation of water. As the drying process continues, excess water is lost and the emulsion particles gradually contact and condense. Under the action of crosslinking and catalyst, the crosslinking reaction was carried out, and finally uniform and dense rubber elastic continuous film was formed.

2. Water-based environmental protection bridge waterproof coating is a new type of bridge waterproof coating, which has the advantages of good water solubility, non-toxic, pollution-free, high bond strength, good elasticity, wide range of high and low temperature, low price, etc. This product is made of high quality petroleum asphalt as the base material, rubber polymer material as the modifier and water as the medium. 2. Experimental stage:

(1) Before the experiment, the bellows, tools and paint should be placed under standard experimental conditions for more than 24 hours.

(2) Measure the amount of sample required to ensure the final coating thickness (1.50.2) mm.

(3) Hire a single test material to mix the fireproof paint evenly, accurately weigh the multi-liquid fireproof paint according to the manufacturer’s regulations, and then mix the test material evenly. According to the need, the amount of diluent can be the amount specified by the manufacturer, and when the amount of diluent is in a range, the intermediate value can be used.

(4) After the product is mixed, fully mix for 5 minutes, pour into the contact box to avoid mixing bubbles. The mold frame will not deform and the surface is smooth. 2. Impermeability test.

1. Testing instrument: impermeability meter; The aperture is 0.2 mm. Experimental steps:

(1) Cut three specimens of about (150150)mm, place them for 2h under standard test conditions, fill the device with water at a temperature of (235), and completely exclude the air in the device.

(2) Place the specimen on the permeable plate, add a metal mesh of the same size to the specimen, cover the 7-hole original plate, and slowly clamp until the specimen is clamped on the plate. Dry the non-contact surface of the reagent with a cloth or compressed air and slowly apply pressure to the specified pressure.

(3) After reaching the specified pressure, maintain the pressure for (302)min. The water permeability of the sample is observed during the test (a sudden drop in water pressure or water on the non-facing surface of the sample).

Polymer waterproof coating test method:

I. Sample and sample preparation. Weigh an appropriate amount of liquid and solid components of the sample, place them under standard test conditions according to the proportion specified by the manufacturer, for 5min, mechanically stir for 5min, let them stand for 1 to 3 minutes to reduce bubbles, and then pour them into the coating mold frame specified in the “Polyurethane Waterproof Coating Test Method” for coating. In order to facilitate release, the surface of the film can be treated with release agent. The sample is coated twice or three times during preparation, and the latter coating should be carried out after the former coating is dried, and the interval time of the two passes is (12~24) h, so that the sample thickness can reach (1.5±0.50) mm. The surface of the last coated specimen is scraped flat, left for 96h under standard conditions, and then unmolded. The demoulded sample was treated in a drying oven at (40±2) ℃ side up for 48 hours, and then placed in a dryer to cool to room temperature.

The prepared sample was cut into 3 pieces (150×150mm) after curing, and tested according to the prescribed test instruments and methods for impermeability test. The test pressure was 0.3MPa and the pressure was maintained for 30min.

Testing standard for building waterproof coatings

1. Extensibility Extensibility is mainly to make all kinds of waterproof coating have a certain ability to adapt to the deformation of the base layer, so as to ensure the waterproof effect.

2. Low temperature flexibility Too high temperature will make the paint flow, too low temperature will make the paint crack, so low temperature flexibility is also a basic indicator of the paint.

3. Impermeability For the top ten brands of waterproof coatings, impermeability is the most important performance. If the quality requirements cannot be met, there will be direct leakage of the waterproof layer after completion.

4. Solid content Solid content refers to the quality of the solid phase in the slurry components, which is the main film-forming substance of various waterproof coatings. If the solid content of the paint is too low, the quality of the film is difficult to be guaranteed.

5. Heat resistance under the highest atmosphere conditions in summer, the temperature of the roof surface of the rock sheet paint can reach 70 ° C, if the heat resistance of the paint is less than 80 ° C, and it is not maintained for 5 hours, then the film will produce flowing, bubbles and sliding phenomena, affecting the waterproof effect.
